FAQ'S

Q: Is this in-person or online?

A: Sessions can be held either in-person (Christchurch-based) or online via

Zoom, depending on what works best for you. Both options are equally

  effective and flexible.

Q: How often should sessions be?

A: This depends on your goals and schedule. Some athletes benefit from

weekly or fortnightly sessions, especially at the start, while others prefer

check-ins every 3–4 weeks to stay on track. We’ll figure out what feels right

  for you.

Q: Can parents join the session?

A: Yes, parents are welcome to join the Initial Consultation, especially for

younger athletes. For follow-up sessions, I encourage a more one-on-one

approach, as it gives the athlete space to build ownership, confidence, and

independence. That said, we’ll always tailor it based on what feels most

   supportive.

Q: What age range do you work with?

A: I typically work with athletes aged 12 and up, including teenagers, young

adults, and adult athletes. The tools and strategies are always adjusted to

suit your stage, sport, and goals.
