About Me

Hi, I am Kayla!

Spending years heavily involved in sports as both an athlete and a coach, I experienced the highs, the lows and everything in between. Ultimately, this inspired me to dive deeper into the mental side of performance, where I discovered the powerful impact mindset can have on both sports and life.

Through academic studies, personal experience, and learning from others, I have developed a comprehensive framework that Performance Potential is built upon. Since launching Performance Potential in 2024, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with athletes across different sports and levels, further shaping and strengthening this approach.

 

This framework blends proven theories with practical, real-world insights, ensuring that it is both grounded in research and shaped by experience. At the heart of this approach is my genuine passion for supporting athletes- not just in their performance but in their overall well-being.

Education and Training

Learning and development are ongoing parts of both performance and life. I believe that staying curious, continuing to learn, and evolving skills is essential to providing the best support for athletes. My education and training reflect a commitment to growth, evidence-based practice, and continually refining my approach as the performance landscape evolves.
